Great Apes And River Rafting

The Great Apes And River Rafting
“Great Apes and River Rafting” refers to adventure tours in Uganda that combine tracking great apes like gorillas and chimpanzees with white-water rafting on the Nile River. These tours offer a mix of wildlife viewing and adrenaline-pumping water sports, often including other activities like safari game drives and visits to locations like the source of the Nile in Jinja. The tours vary in length, with some lasting around 5 days and others extending to 10 days or more, and can often be customized to fit specific interests and budgets.

White Water Rafting in Jinja Uganda

White Water Rafting Jinja Uganda
White water rafting on the Nile is a popular side attraction to Uganda that many visitors don’t expect, even though most visitors travel to the country to see gorillas and chimpanzees. Spending an hour or more on the river, whether skimming over smooth green water or crashing over deep rapids, is thrilling, according to even first-time rafters. In reality, rafting completes a vacation to Uganda; it combines the thrill of diving down the world’s longest river with the magnificence of hanging out with gorillas, and a riverbank barbecue either halfway through or at the end of the experience makes it complete.
