A Complete Ultimate Kenya Safari Itinerary
Nairobi – 3 Nights
Our experiences are completely customisable, so you may do as much or as little as you like. Take a morning or afternoon game drive, drop by the local elephant orphanage, or just kick back with a bite to eat and a sundowner by the pool. In addition, our guests love taking tours of our organic farm, where the majority of the food you eat comes from!
Game drives into the world’s only national park located on the outskirts of a capital city are within our purview. As they frolic in the jungle, many of these birds and animals may be seen from our patio and restaurant in Nairobi National Park, which is a delightful surprise. Guests are also taken by Ololo to the world-famous Sheldrick’s Elephant Orphanage, which is located within the park itself.
Join us on a field trip to Karen and see the Giraffe Centre, Kazuri Beads and the world-renowned Karen Blixen Museum. Alternatively, if you like, we may arrange for you to browse at some local boutiques and markets. Ololo is just a short stroll over the surrounding farms from Anselm Hot Glass Studio and Kitengela Glass, which may be explored with the help of one of our Askari guides.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy – 3 Nights
The Ol Pejeta Conservancy in central Kenya is well-known for its magnificent animals, one of which being the world’s last population of Northern White rhinos.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a stunning refuge for animals and a monument to devoted conservation efforts, is located in the centre of Kenya. Travelling across its varied landscapes will bring you face-to-face with the world’s last Northern White rhinos, an incredible and sobering sight.
Indulge in a variety of activities that showcase the unique animals and breathtaking scenery of the area. Indulge in guided game drives where you can observe the Big Five and other wildlife in their native environment. Alternatively, get up close and personal with the last Northern White rhinos and learn about important conservation initiatives. One of the best places to see and learn about chimpanzees is at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary.
Masai Mara – 3 Nights
Masai Mara, the undisputed monarch of Kenyan safaris, is an absolute must-do for every traveler’s bucket list.
Big cats, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and the world-famous river crossings of the Great Migration (July–September) are just a few examples of the iconic animals that you may see here. The landscape is equally breathtaking, and there is an extensive list of things to do to explore it.
The staples of a Masai Mara safari are morning and afternoon game drives, with all-day adventures being particularly prevalent during the Great Migration. To round off the experience, there is typically a bush breakfast served under a shaded tree or a mobile sundowner bar. Night drives and walking safaris are two ways that guests of the private Mara Conservancies can truly immerse themselves in the local environment. For those who want the thrill of a horseback safari, there are options for riders of all abilities, and some places even offer hot air balloon rides first thing in the morning, so long as you plan beforehand. Lastly, several camps facilitate opportunities for campers to immerse themselves in the daily lives of local Maasai communities through partnerships.
Amboseli National Park – 2 Nights
Amboseli National Park, situated at the base of Kilimanjaro, is well-known for its enormous elephant populations and breathtaking scenery.
With the towering Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance, Amboseli provides a breathtaking backdrop to its lush swamps, huge open grasslands, and majestic giant tuskers. Amboseli is a photographer’s dream because of its stunning scenery, which beautifully captures the spirit of Africa in every shot.
Indulge in a variety of activities that allow you to fully embrace the stunning scenery and diverse species at Amboseli National Park.
