Detailed Itinerary: The Great Serengeti Migration Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
You will begin your transfer to the Serengeti as soon as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or after breakfast at your lodge or hotel in Arusha. The oldest national park in Serengeti National Park, which is also a World Heritage Site. The big migration of the wildebeest takes place here in the months of May, June, July, October, November, and December. The park is also well-known for the lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, birds, and tens of thousands of Thomson’s gazelles that live there. You’ll get there in plenty of time to settle into your lodge and go on a night game drive.
Day 2: Full-day Game drive in the Serengeti
