Detailed Itinerary: 6 Days Kenya Safari

Day 1: Start of your Safari from Nairobi

Your driver-guide will meet you at your hotel to begin the safari, which departs for Amboseli National Park at 8 a.m. Arrive to the resort for lunch and take in the beautiful Mt. Kilimanjaro, which dominates the surrounding area. Beautiful scenery. During the afternoon game drive, you may see the incredible animals, in particular the elephants.

Day 2: Start the day with an early morning game drive in Amboseli

You will be taken on two game drives today, one from 6.15am to 9am before breakfast and the other from 3.30pm to 6.30pm in the late afternoon following lunch. The ideal times to see animals at their most active are generally early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Your game drive timings are flexible because your safari is private, which is convenient if you’re traveling with kids or on your honeymoon and might wish to sleep in later on some days. For no additional charge, you can also decide to go on a full-day game drive that includes a picnic lunch. After dinner, return to the lodge to spend the night.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake that is a well-liked tourism destination in Kenya for both residents and visitors from abroad. Be there in time for lunch. Rest of the day at leisure. The lodge we reserve at the lake offers lovely natural spaces where you may view various creatures, such as waterbuck and warthogs, as well as countless bird species amid the trees. You can also pay extra to reserve a one-hour lake boat safari, during which you can see some of the lake’s species, such hippos, and take in the magnificent views of the lake and the mountain vistas around it.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara

The safari now travels to Masai Mara following an early breakfast. Get to your Masai Mara tent in time for a relaxing lunch. Starting at 3.30 pm, your afternoon game drive allows you to see some of the incredible wildlife in the reserve, including Rhinos, Elephants, and Wildebeest in addition to Big Cats like Lion, Leopard, and Cheetah. Our driver-guide will make an effort to show you the “Big Nine” creatures in addition to the “Big Five.” By 6.30 p.m., return to your tented camp.

Day 5: Start the day with an early morning game drive in Masai Mara

You will be taken on two game drives today, one after lunch from 3.30pm to 6.30pm, and the other in the morning from 6.15am to 9am, before to breakfast. The ideal times to see animals at their most active are generally early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Your game drive timings are flexible because your safari is private, which is convenient if you’re traveling with kids or on your honeymoon and might wish to sleep in later on some days. Day 6: Return to Nairobi

A 6.30am wildlife drive will wrap up your safari excursion, so get up early. You now go back to Nairobi after breakfast and checking out, making brief stops along the way at the Rift Valley Escarpment. Midday arrival in Nairobi. Transfer to the JKIA international airport for your onward flight home or to your overnight lodging for drop-off.
