Day 1-2: Victoria Falls

Welcome to Zimbabwe. A transport driver will receive you upon arrival at the airport and take you to your accommodation in Victoria Falls. The settlement is called after the formidable Victoria Falls, referred to as ‘Mosi oa Tunya’, meaning ‘the smoke that thunders’. Adventure is plentiful, offering numerous activities: you may trek to the falls, partake in a sunset boat tour on the Zambezi, or soar above the falls in a microlight plane or helicopter (all optional). The more intrepid individuals may engage in white water rafting or bungee jumping from the Victoria Falls bridge (all activities are optional). Your initial two nights are spent at the Batonka Guest Lodge, situated in a tranquil area of Victoria Falls.

Day 3 – 4: Victoria Falls – Kasane / Chobe National Park

Indulge in a leisurely breakfast prior to your transfer, during which your driver will escort you across the border into Botswana, where you will reside for two nights at Chobe Bakwena Lodge. Located along the banks of the Mbudi River, there exists a region characterized by mixed vegetation, open grasslands, riverine woodland, and Hippo Pools, where you will reside for the subsequent two nights. Important:

All light aircraft flights in Botswana impose a weight restriction of 20 kilograms per passenger, encompassing photography equipment and hand luggage, with only soft bags permitted. Hard suitcases or wheeled bags are not permissible for transit, as they cannot physically fit within the aero plane.

The maximum luggage dimensions are 30 cm in width, 35 cm in height, and 70 cm in length. If you require additional baggage, please reach out to us for a quotation on the excess luggage fees.
